Booking and Venue information (Terms and Conditions) for the Space

Ticket availability and prices on the Space’s web-site are provided for information only. The Space is not obliged to contract on the basis of that information. Please check all details when booking your tickets. Persons under 18 may not purchase tickets.

The offers or concessions are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or concession and may be withdrawn at any time. Concession will not be available without the necessary proof.
Concessions at the Space are students, 16 and under, equity members, 60 and over, disabled (carer’s go for free), unemployed.

Family ticket comprises of two adults and two children aged 12 or under.

Tickets may not be refunded once purchased. If you are unable to attend, you can contact the Space to see if there is any availability on other date for the same show. If so, we will be able to exchange the ticket to another date.

Events or programme details may need to be cancelled or varied because of circumstances beyond reasonable control. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the Space will use reasonable endeavours to notify customers of the cancellation although the Space does not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event. The Space is only able to inform customers for whom it holds valid contact details. Any customer who buys tickets without giving correct and up to date contact details does so at their own risk.

If the performance is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the management, the Space will only be able to refund the ticket price and not any additional services charges or travel expenses.

All tickets (and booking fees) must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

A customer making a booking on behalf of a group, by doing so, accepts the Space’s terms and conditions on behalf of all group members and becomes responsible for making all payments due from the group.

Arrive on time. The box office is open at least 30 minutes before the show starts. Latecomers may not be admitted or may have to wait for an interval or a suitable break in the performance to enter the hall. Latecomers may be required to occupy alternative seats

The use of any form of recording equipment is not permitted in the hall, except with the permission of the Manager.

The Space or any permitted third parties may carry out general filming and sound recording in or about the venue. By purchasing tickets you consent to you and your party being included in and to the exploitation of such films and recordings without payment.

Mobiles phones and other electronic devices must be switched off before entering the auditorium. Dogs (except guide dogs) are not permitted within the Space.

The Management reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises and to take any appropriate action that may be required to enforce such a request

You are responsible for any possessions you bring into the Space.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas of the theatre.

All alcoholic beverages have to be purchased from Hubbub bar and café.

Online Sales

Completion of the online booking process, including the provision of credit or debit card details, shall constitute an offer by the customer to purchase tickets subject to the Space’s general terms and conditions of sale (above).

The customer is entirely responsible for entering his/her details correctly during the booking process. The customer warrants that all details supplied are true and accurate. The customer is responsible for informing the Space of any changes to his/her details once the booking is concluded.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that tickets issued by the Space are correct. Tickets purchased online for the incorrect performance cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please call the box office on 0207 515 7799 if you have any further queries.

Collect tickets no later than 15 minutes before the performance is due to start. Please bring your credit or debit card when collecting tickets as well as proof of concession if appropriate.
