An evening of 6 brand new plays from 6 writers, 6 directors and a bunch of professional actors!
This Shotz’ theme for all 6 plays is: “MIND THE GAP”
Each play must have the line: “This makes me feel good.”

Each play must have one person crawl on all fours at some point in the play.

Introducing SHOTZ!

SHOTZ! is a theatrical pressure cooker that, every few months, gives six groups two weeks to write, two weeks to rehearse, two hours to tech, and one chance to perform all-new short plays. Unified by three common criteria, each collection of plays captures a variety of perspectives around each show’s theme.

OUR MISSION is to constantly create spontaneous, hilarious and provocative work, driven by fearless and innovative ensembles; work that directly reflects the gender, age, race, sexuality, and politics, of our participants.

Shotz has bases in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Louisville – and now, LONDON! Over the past 15 years Shotz have engaged hundreds of artists to produce some great art! The connection and joy that is experienced by everyone involved has spawned new theater companies and numerous collaborations.
