Great free afternoon of Argentine Tango Dance for those that always wanted to try and for those that are familiar to introduce family and friends to it! It’s on a drop-in basis and you don’t need a partner!
This FREE Tango afternoon from 1-5pm is suitable for absolute beginners.
Also for those that are already familiar with this sensual and elegant dance to have chance to dance in a lovely beautiful green environment of the Rooftop gardens atop Crossrail Place in Canary Wharf!
Demonstrations
We start at 1pm- 1-.30pm Demonstrations with Tony, Anita and Kiran. Showing you the different sub styles too, besides tango there is tango vals and Milonga!
Taster session Tango Essentials
1.30-2.30pm Learn the basic essentials of tango and dancing with a partner right here and now!
Tango Party
From 1.30-2.30pm there is free dancing for all. Also, called Milonga or tango party!
Tango Party and free dancing for ALL! 2.30pm- 5pm
Led by Tony Lane, Anita van de Watering and Kiran Bains that are running Tango Dance school Tango E14 for over 16 years. Tango E14 is awarded a prestigious award from Buenos Aires by AMBCTA
