SpaceWorks presents ‘ScriptSpace’ - a new initiative aimed at encouraging new writers and writing in the theatre. Writers are invited to submit new work to be read by SpaceWorks actors in front of a group of industry professionals and fellow writers. The reading will then be followed by valuable feedback and advice on how to proceed, both on the page and in the practical world of the theatre. ScriptSpace will provide an opportunity to share ideas and network whilst allowing writers to hear their work aloud before progressing towards a final draught and submission to directors and theatre companies.
